Who do I contact if I have questions about my prescription prep products or the process?

 I don’t have instructions for my OTC prep, what should I do?

For colonoscopy bowel prep DO NOT follow the instructions on the product label. First, check your physician’s web site or call your doctor for instructions. You may also find helpful information by searching online for ‘ez2go prep instructions’

What can I mix ez2go powder products with?

A sports drink (NOT red or purple in color), would be best to maintain electrolyte levels in your body.  Water, juice, tea, or coffee can also be used.   

DO NOT USE WITH CARBONATED OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

The Magnesium Citrate powder is clumping up?

The Mag Citrate was mistakenly mixed with a cold liquid. Using a microwave, heat the mixture to lukewarm, then stir again to fully dissolve the powder.

Are these products gluten free?

Yes, all our products are gluten free and sugar free.

Are there any meat by-products in ez2go products?

No, ez2go is completely free of animal or meat by-products.

Does ez2go contain red dye 40 or red dye 20?

Red dye is found only in the coating of the bisacodyl tablet.

Will ez2go products interact with my current prescription?

It is very important to talk with your prescribing physician regarding drug interactions before taking ez2go products.

What dosing should I follow?

Always follow your doctor’s directions, as they would like you to have the cleanest colon possible.

What should I do if I have extra pills in my packet?

Always follow your doctor’s directions and discard any extra pills.

How long does it take for ez2go products to work?

You should feel the effect of the medication within a few hours - Be prepared for sudden urgency.

Will ez2go prep products make me vomit?

Since we provide a custom combination, our patients rarely report nausea or vomiting as compared to prescription laxatives. However if vomiting does occur, slow down your intake.If vomiting persists, please contact your physician or clinic.

What if I don’t have a bowel movement 4-6 hours after taking ez2go?

Contact your prescribing physician.

Will my Insurance plan cover the cost of ez2go?

Over-the-counter (OTC) laxatives are typically not covered by most insurance plans, but they may be eligible for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA).

My instructions say I'm not to have anything with red or purple dye, but my pills are cherry flavored?

While the pills are cherry flavored, no red or purple dye was used in their manufacturing.

If you are experiencing a severe reaction during the preparation process, we strongly advise you to call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
